Hello everyone!
Our Pixelmon servers are going through a new update! This update will allow for smoother updating in the future. All the new features since 3.3 will be available to you. Also, with this update to 1.7.10, we will be changing to UUID's. I will explain this further down below!

Now what this means for all of you is this:
Player items and enderchest items will be lost once more, along with pokemon. We apologize for this inconvenience. HOWEVER! There are a few things we would like to do for you to get you as much of your stuff back as possible. Again, this will be explained below.

And lastly, unfortunately with the lack of players on the servers, it has been decided that we will be downsizing to only ONE server. Server ONE will remain while Servers 2 & 3 will be removed. DO NOT PANIC! You will be given back your pokemon as per mentioned below if you are not a regular player on server one.

What will UUID do?
The UUID will allow for saving player data in the future, regardless of updates. What this means for you is this: You will be given a Unique User ID and all of your information, including pokemon and items, will be saved any time we do an update. Once this happens, you will likely never lose another pokemon or item due to an update again! =D

When will the UUID take effect?
The UUID will take effect in later updates. Unfortunately, we cannot apply this to the current update.


What should I do with my current items?

Sell them! Better to get some money for those items now than to lose the items and the money you could be getting for them. Staff will NOT be returning items to you once the update is done, for the exception of gym badges. Please take a screenshot of your badges so they can be returned.

What about all my pokemon?
The staff want to give you back as many of your pokemon as we can, but there are a lot of you losing pokemon! Anything in your party you will keep. If you'd like to keep any more pokemon, please refer to the steps below on how to do that:

1. Place all the pokemon you would like to keep into box ONE in your PC or your party.
2. Make sure the ones you have chosen are the ones you want to keep, for sure!!!
3. Take a screenshot of your PC Box ONE.
4. Contact an Admin. The admin will take a screenshot of your PC box 1 for their own records.
5. Once the server updates, please post a thread in the missing pokemon section with your screenshot.
6. If you have pokemon you donated for, you do not have to include those in your box one. Simply remind staff that you had a donation pokemon you would like back as well when you make your post about returning your box one pokemon. Staff will find your donation and resend the donation items/pokemon to you.

**NOTE** Be POSITIVE about the pokemon you pick. Once you contact an admin, if you change your pokemon and your screenshot does not match the admin's screenshot when you go to claim your pokemon, you will get NONE back. We will assume you photoshopped your pokemon. So again, BE POSITIVE those are the pokemon you wish to keep BEFORE you contact an admin.

What if I don't play on server one?
Don't worry! We will transfer your box one to server one for you.

If I play on more than one server, can I keep different pokemon from each server?
Yes, but the pokemon you select must add up to 30, plus the 6 in your party (36 total). You CANNOT have 30 per server. It is 30 for all three servers that you would like back on server one.

I have some level 100 pokemon. Can I get them back at a lower level for EV training?

Yes, you may! You can always ask to get a pokemon back at equal to or below the level they are in your screenshot. All pokemon will be returned at a random level, so if you have some level 100 pokemon you want to keep at level 100, please take extra screenshots to show their levels as proof.

What about my donation items?
All donation items will be returned. Please refer to the steps provided under the question "What about all my pokemon?" to find out how to report donation items.

Will there be compensation for my lost items?
Yes! But I cannot offer you a whole lot. When you contact a staff member to have your pokemon returned (you must have a screenshot of your PC box 1 to do this), you will also be given $3,000 in game money to compensate for your missing items.

Will money be lost?

NO! :] Your money is safe. It will NOT be lost. I repeat, it will NOT be lost.

When will the update take place?
The update will take place in TWO WEEKS. You will have until then to gather your pokemon, sell your items, and take screenshots. We will be updating the server between the 23rd and 26th of November! I would suggest you have all of your stuff gathered by no later than November 22nd, just in case.
